We specialize in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including pediatric oral surgery,

reconstructive surgery, correction of jaw

and facial deformities, extraction of teeth, and advanced dental implant and bone grafting surgeries.

 

 

To ensure the finest patient care, Advanced Oral Surgery of the Finger Lakes meets nationally recognized standards of care. The surgery center is staffed by Dr. Scutari and a team with operating and recovery room experience. Most of our procedures are performed using intravenous sedation or general anesthesia and require only a brief recovery period. By providing the majority of our services on site, we can ensure convenience, comfort, and confidentiality for our patients. You will be cared for during surgery by the same staff you have come to know and trust during your office visits.

 Facial Surgery

Facial surgery can correct both functional and cosmetic problems. Several procedures can be performed safely during one operation, saving time during recovery and time away from work and social activities.

Reconstructive and Maxillofacial Surgery

A variety of diseases, genetic disorders, and traumatic injuries can result in significant facial deformities. Dr. Scutari is experienced in reconstruction of the face, jaws, and facial bones. His goal with each patient is to maximize both form and function, and to restore the face and jaws as fully and attractively as possible.

   

Cleft Lip & Palate Surgery

Patients born with cleft lip and palate require long-term treatment including dental, orthodontic, and surgical procedures. Dr. Scutari is experienced in the dental treatment for cleft lip and palate patients.
