During your consultation, Dr. Scutari

will review your medical history and

complete a detailed examination.

After listening to your concerns and

goals, Dr. Scutari will recommend a

treatment plan to achieve the best

results.

During your consultation visit, we will

provide you with a fee estimate. Certain

procedures are not covered by insurance; however, many non-elective dental procedures are covered. We suggest that you become familiar with the provisions and limitations

of your insurance plan, and understand that the ultimate financial responsibility

for your service lies with you.  As a courtesy, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier for necessary procedures; please remember to bring your insurance cards with you.
