Meet Dr. Scutari

 

Dr Scutari is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and

Maxillofacial Surgery. He was recently honored by being nominated 

as a fellow of the American College of Dentists

for his contributions and service to the profession.

Dr. Scutari has extensive training and experience in all aspects of oral 

surgery including jaw surgery, reconstructive surgery, dental implants,

pediatric oral surgery and anesthesia.

​

 

Dr. Scutari is on the medical staff  at St. Josephs Hospital Health Center and Upstate University Hospital where he trains general dental residents as a volunteer attending. He has served as Chief of Dentistry at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center since 2013.

​

He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from Georgetown University School of Dental Medicine.  He continued his training with an internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University.

 

Dr. Scutari is the co-chair of the Central New York Study Group for Dentofacial Deformities and member of several local study clubs.
